From design to planting – your dream garden with Valor Real Estate
A well-kept garden is not only a showcase for every property, but also a space for relaxation and closeness to nature. Properly designed greenery both emphasizes the character of the house and introduces harmony - it creates a perfect place to relax at any time of the year. Our team of specialists with great passion and experience will take care of every stage of such a garden implementation: from design, through planting, to maintenance.
Who are we? An unusual office real estate in Croatia, which brings together specialists from many fields. Our team consists of an agent and qualified garden designers and gardening experts, construction engineers, lawyers and accountants. We invite you to cooperate: we will help in many matters.
Our horticulture offer includes:
- Designing a garden concept – this is the planning stage, during which, among other things, we inventory the area, specify expectations and create a preliminary development plan. We usually divide the space into zones (e.g. relaxation, utility, representative), select the garden style and the “palette” of plants, and visualize and present the concept. After acceptance, we prepare a detailed design and work plan.
- Purchase of plants – our specialists also take care of purchasing all plants themselves: healthy, strong and beautiful specimens, without diseases and damage. We have proven suppliers with whom we have been cooperating for years, and such beneficial relationships translate into the quality of plants and simultaneous cost optimization. With us, you will save money, time and nerves – related to the selection of plants and the organization of safe transport.
- Planting plants – we offer comprehensive garden design services, from concept to implementation. Our clients do not have to look for contractors or undertake this hard work themselves – they gain more time to enjoy their own green space. The overall implementation is also a guarantee of obtaining an effect consistent with the design down to the last detail. The implementation is supervised by our architects, who get to know your needs and preferences in advance.
- Garden care – upon request, we also help to take care of the plantings and maintain the aesthetics of the garden. Our specialists know the local climate conditions and the needs of the plants they recommend, buy and plant inside out. They know how to take care of the garden to achieve the expected visual effects. We will save you a lot of time and energy, spent on, among other things, systematic pruning of trees and shrubs, fertilizing plants or aerating the lawn.
- Landscape design – we also deal with development projects for larger areas: private and public investments, including residential estates, hotel and sports and recreation facilities, and economic and business centers.

We take care of gardens – and we put all our hearts and years of experience into it. Our offer includes, among others, pruning shrubs and trees, fertilizing, lawn aeration or protecting plants from pests. Your garden will delight and please with peace all year round – without effort and spending time on tedious gardening work. We will take over all the hard work, leaving you the joy of caring for your own garden. We will make sure that each plant feels and looks the best possible.
Selection of plants for climatic conditions
We select plants taking into account soil type, sunlight and local microclimate. Thanks to this, the garden not only looks beautiful, but is also easy to maintain and resistant to changing weather conditions. We help avoid costly mistakes and the resulting need to revitalize the garden in the future. A thoughtful selection of species means that plants develop healthily without the need for frequent interventions and increased care.
Establishing lawns and irrigation systems
We also deal with professional installation of lawns from seed or roll. We use modern systems that provide plants with optimal growth conditions with minimal involvement of the owner. Upon request, we also help maintain a dense green lawn, i.e. we offer aeration, fertilization and lawn supplementation services.
Revitalization and modernization of existing gardens
