Our company invests itself: it builds and sells houses or apartments in Croatia, and at the same time specializes in real estate brokerage. We often offer our projects because we vouch for their quality, and besides, they meet most of the needs of investors. However, we operate much more broadly - we connect buyers and sellers on the primary and secondary markets.

We look to the future – our mission is to obtain a satisfactory return on investment for each of our clients. That is why we assess the potential for growth in the value of the property in the future, as well as the expected rate of return on investment in long-term or short-term rental. Before buying a property, check its technical condition
Our construction engineers are able to reliably evaluate the work of their colleagues. They know the specifics, strengths and weaknesses of Croatian construction. They also have extensive experience in working with old stone buildings; they participated, among others, in the restoration work at the Fortress of St. John in Šibenik. If necessary, they help prepare a cost estimate and a work plan.
We verify the legal status of real estate
Our legal and administrative department checks the land and mortgage registers of real estate, development plans and other documents. It verifies whether the building was built and put into use in accordance with the law, whether it is not burdened with a mortgage or other obligations and whether the seller has full rights to it. We provide our clients with certainty, peace and a sense of security.
We complete the formalities and secure the transaction
We help clients not only buy real estate, but also transform it into house or business. Our real estate agency stands out with a wide range of additional services, such as interior design or garden design and installation (horticulture).
In addition, if our client decides to build their own house in Croatia, we also offer full support. We help choose a building plot and obtain permits, and then we offer support in implementing the investment.

Our lawyers represent clients in offices and help complete the necessary formalities. They also evaluate and explain the provisions of contracts and ensure that the transaction is transparent and in accordance with the law. Their work ends only when the new owner is entered in the land and mortgage register. Our agent also helps to obtain an OIB number, which is used in various official documents.
