Natalia Szpitalny
A licensed real estate agent with a passion for foreign languages. She has a master's degree in Slavic philology. She graduated from the University of Silesia.
in Katowice, but she received most of her education at the Croatian University of Zadar. She joined the real estate industry in 2022, and in 2024 she successfully passed the exam, obtaining the title of licensed real estate agent. She joined our team in 2023, where she combines her language skills with growing knowledge of the real estate market and construction processes. Thanks to working in a dynamic environment and cooperation with engineers, architects and the legal department, she systematically expands her knowledge in the field of development investments, design and construction law. Her international experience, openness to challenges and incredible ease in establishing relationships make her great at working with clients from Poland and abroad.

From construction to the Real Estate Market – how did it all start?
Our history dates back more than a decade, when we began our activity in the construction industry. Over the years, we have completed dozens of projects – from intimate single-family homes to larger tourist and recreational investments. Each implementation has taught us about the market, customer needs, local regulations and the most important – how to build solidly, with heart and understanding for the space in which we create.
As our experience grew and the market around us changed dynamically, we noticed that our clients did not only need proven construction teams. They were increasingly looking for support in choosing a plot, with purchase formalities, and also in finding ready-made properties for sale or rent. This is how the idea was born to expand our business to include the real estate segment.

A key moment for our company was when a real estate agent joined our team. Her knowledge of the market, contacts and professional approach to customer service made it a natural step to open a fully-fledged real estate agency.In this way, our agency was born as a result of the harmonious combination of two worlds: construction and real estate.
