    How we work

    Real estate agency in Croatia with a Polish accent – who are we?

    Real estate agency in Croatia is a new stage in the life of our company, but it all started in 2014. At that time, we started implementing our first project – 22 apartments with a sea view in Sevid. The properties sold quickly, but our clients and their friends wanted more. They started asking about further investments and asking for help in choosing a plot, apartment or house. We understood that our mission is to fulfill people's dreams of their own house by the sea.
    In 2016, we returned to the past – we took part in the extremely difficult but prestigious work on the restoration of the Fortress of St. John in Šibenik. And three years later, we looked to the future, starting the implementation of an economic and business center that will support the development of the Marina municipality in Split-Dalmatia County. In the meantime, we have completed numerous investments for private individuals.

    When a licensed agent from Poland joined our team, we decided to create an unusual real estate agency. One that combines specialists with different skills, so it looks wider and sees more. Together we help investors from Poland and around the world find their place in the rich history of one of the most beautiful regions of Europe.
